Please be aware that we carry advertising to support the expenses of running this site.
All our ads are in plain site and if you click on an item in an ad and then purchase, we will receive a small commission.
This does not increase the price to you.
Your thoughtfulness in supporting us in this way is appreciated.

Please note the following:
1. Because a site does not come up immediately you click on the link, it does not mean that the link is bad give it 24 hours before you report a bad link. If you are really in a hurry Google the name of newspaper and see if the site is working outside of the database.

2. Newspapers used to boast their lives in 100’s of years, nowadays not so much. Amalgamations are constant and ongoing part of the newspaper world.
Let us know if a link is not working and if you have found an alternative address, or as is more likely an amalgamation has occurred, and two papers have been joined. We will change the information to reflect the new situation. Charles@lifephilippines.com is how you can reach us.

3. You will not find newspapers that only do a print run on this database as it was created so that the newspaper could be accessed from anywhere in the world through your computer. We have found that some of these newspapers have Facebook pages and will add these as well as Facebook pages for online newspapers in the next few editions.

4. You may not find a paper which is accessible on line in the database, be aware that this is a one person show, so things do get overlooked despite my best efforts. If you find a paper I have missed let me know and I will review the publication and if it passes muster as a genuine purveyor of news, then we will add it. I do not reject the inclusion of papers because I disagree with them, exposure to a wide panorama of viewpoints grows people, but we do not include hate or conspiracy sites.

5.This the first edition of this database, we were hoping to do a monthly revisions, but due to the pressure of running a large site alone, with less than ideal internet connections and frequent power outages, this has not happened. This is the 2nd edition dated September 2017

6. There are over 600 newspapers listed here, all of which are available online

7. If you find English Language Online News Sources – Australia useful please leave positive comments.

Bought a new car from Toyota in Calamba Laguna. A year later they still have not provided the Deed of Sale paperwork. What office or who can I contact to force them to complete this? They just blow us off when we keep going back to the dealership.

Who initially registered the vehicle, because they would or should have provided the LTO with a Deed of sale to get the first CR.
If a CR was issued without a Deed of Sale, then you might get them involved checking the original paperwork.
Otherwise thay are not going to be involved as long as you have all the requirements to renew registration. You could send them an email and check that out. You can do so from HERE.
The issue is that there is none until you want to sell the vehicle or use it as collateral.
If there was financing involved you CR would be encumbered and the Registry of Deeds, would hold a copy of the CR until the debt was paid in full.If there were a chance that the original registration were not complete they could be worth having a talk to. Only if you financed the vehicle though.
Maybe have a talk to an attorney and say you want this dealership given a shakeup. They could send as letter stating that you have yet to receive a deed of sale for the vehicle (details) you purchased (date). Yet a Deed of Sale must exist otherwise they could not legally have registered the vehicle. If you do not receive said deed by (date) the our client (you) will be asking the LTO to investigate your practices.
Sorry I Can’t be more helpful.
Please get back to me and let me know how you got one.
      Regards
      Charles
